Throughout her career, she has led comprehensive projects for sectors including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, energy, and education, collaborating with high-profile organizations such as Roche, Sanofi, FEMSA, and Heineken. Her approach combines interpreting the environment with creating relevant narratives to strengthen corporate reputation and business continuity. Beyond her strategic work, she is a recognized spokesperson trainer and speaker at specialized forums. She holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from UNAM; she is also a marathon runner and a dessert enthusiast.

In addition to her success as an entrepreneur in the real estate sector, she stands out for her commitment to sustainability and financial inclusion. Certified as a CSO, she has collaborated in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at BBVA and currently advises ESG projects from the boards of E2G and DuoNet Zero. Her career reflects technical excellence, conscious leadership, and a genuine commitment to an inclusive and sustainable financial system.

Luis Portales Derbez holds a PhD in Social Sciences, a Master's in Digital Transformation and Business Design, and is a Physical Industrial Engineer. His career focuses on innovations and research with social impact. He has promoted international academic networks, collaborating with researchers from Latin America on intervention projects and publications, generating lasting benefits through evidence-based models. He is currently the Director of Experimentation, Impact Measurement, and Writing Lab at the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He leads the annual implementation of more than 100 educational innovations, more than 20 impact evaluation projects, and the publication of more than 250 academic articles indexed in Scopus.

She was CEO of Expansión Publishing at Grupo Expansión and director of the audiovisual label Expansión Films, and previously general director of Media Marketing Knowledge Group. She has helped build content brands across formats — magazines, video, audio and live talks. Today she advises on strategic engagement, reputation and communication platforms, is training to become an independent board member, and is one of Mexico’s most recognized voices on gender and business. An IWF member, in 2023 she launched Buena Banda, the podcast of Mexico’s leading women.

Her career includes co-founding key organizations such as Mujeres y Punto and Todamujer.com, as well as founding Saber para la Vida AC and Somos Vía, initiatives focused on women's economic empowerment and fair trade for artisans. An Ashoka Fellow since 2004, she served as Executive Director of their office for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and currently serves on its Advisory Board. She is the author of «Emprender con Equilibrio: Mujeres que Rompen Mitos» (Entrepreneurship with Balance: Women Who Break Myths) and is an expert speaker on leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, and gender equity, having previously worked under the ontological approach of Dr. Fernando Flores.

Graciela Báez Ricárdez is an economist from ITAM, with master's degrees in Economics and Finance (Essex) and Public Policy (FLACSO). With more than two decades of experience, her career includes positions at the SHCP, Bancomext, and the Government of the Distrito Federal. She served as Secretary of Tourism Promotion in Guerrero and led Mercury Public Affairs in Mexico. Between 2018 and 2024, she was the Secretary General of the Chamber of Deputies, standing out as the first woman to complete two consecutive terms, promoting parliamentary professionalization and connecting with the citizenry. Subsequently, she served as Director General of Cooperation and Linkage at the SEP, promoting curricular updates. Since 2025, she has been the Executive Director of Safie Consultores, consolidating her career in public affairs management and institutional linkage.

She has received distinctions from the Mexican Senate, the Women Economic Forum and The International Parliament of Education. Honoris Causa doctorate (2024) and Coparmex Secretary General 2025–2026.
