General Director of LLYC Mexico. A communications professional and journalist from Universidad Iberoamericana, with a media career spanning nearly 30 years. She was CEO of Expansión Publishing at Grupo Expansión and director of the audiovisual label Expansión Films, and previously general director of Media Marketing Knowledge Group. She has helped build content brands across formats — magazines, video, audio and live talks. Today she advises on strategic engagement, reputation and communication platforms, is training to become an independent board member, and is one of Mexico’s most recognized voices on gender and business. An IWF member, in 2023 she launched Buena Banda, the podcast of Mexico’s leading women.

Her education includes Law (honors), commercial specialization and a master’s in management, plus programs in negotiation and corporate governance at Harvard and IPADE. Author of ‘Autoestima Profesional.’ Recognized by Forbes, Expansión and Fortune, she champions diversity and inclusion in corporate and public policy.

Named one of the 100 most influential women in business for 9 consecutive years (Expansión) and one of the 20 most influential globally (LICENSE!). Author of ‘The Ten Commandments of Licensing,’ TEDx speaker and international lecturer. In 2024 she entered the Licensing International Hall of Fame — the youngest Latina to do so.

She has received distinctions from the Mexican Senate, the Women Economic Forum and The International Parliament of Education. Honoris Causa doctorate (2024) and Coparmex Secretary General 2025–2026. Author and co-author of several books and a columnist.
