What do we believe in?

STEM is a global trend that promotes the teaching of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics as pillars of sustainable development and social well-being.

We believe in the importance of working rigorously within the various disciplinary fields and encourage interdisciplinarity across STEM areas. We also celebrate their interaction with fields such as the arts, business, philosophy, and the humanities, among others. That is why we are pioneers in integrating the “+” sign / STEM+ into this global trend.

We propose the use of diverse active methodologies to develop STEM skills, also known as durable skills, to solve problems and generate innovation processes with empathy that are contextualized for each community.

We encourage teamwork and develop socio-emotional skills, as we believe they are essential for exercising whole and globally responsible citizenship.

We promote human flourishing through STEM Education, seeking the fulfillment of the UN’s 2030 Agenda and humanity’s full potential.

We incentivize STEM vocations and believe in mandatory vocational guidance with a gender perspective, adapted to the labor context.

We foster the equal representation of girls and women in these fields of study and their full participation and leadership.

The disruption of Artificial Intelligence and other Exponential Technologies in every sphere forces us to transform education with a deeply human focus.

The permanent link between business and school is fundamental, as is technical education and alternative training and certification mechanisms that respond to new labor environments, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

We recognize that for STEM Education, continuous training and lifelong learning are relevant in both formal and non-formal spaces.
